I’ve never really been a “girly girl” but recently I’ve had an interest in wanting to do hair and makeup. I know I’d need to go to cosmetology school to get a license to be able to do styling, but I’m not very good at doing hair and makeup.
I have a big interest in it and would LOVE to be very skilled, but I’m just not good at putting on my makeup or doing my own hair.
So, I’m just wondering if I should go to school to learn how or if you need to have some skill before going. I’d hate to go to school and all other people be so skilled and way more talented than I am.

I gave myself mutton chops by mistake, yet now it’s starting to grow on me. I have large eye brows and they seem to go perfectly with my look. I feel so manly with them. I look like Liev Schreiber from x-men. Mine are still pretty short

My style is pretty high end, I have a para jumper coat, etc. I’m not a bum or anything.

im getting it done today on my upper lip, i wasnt scared before, i was really excited, and now that the day is here im getting so scared. i have butterflies in my stomach.omg.

i get my eyebrows waxed allllll the time and that doesnt really hurt to me. it makes my eyes water though but it doesnt bother me that much. i heard laser hair removal doesnt hurt as bad as that.is it true.

I’m thinking about having layser hair removal as I am a model. The only thing I’m conserning is if it damages your skin PERMANANTLY.

I really don’t like my mother.
It’s not that she abuses me or is an alcoholic or anything really serious like that. I just genuinely don’t like her.
I’m just going to get this out of the way: I’m 14. But ever since I was like 10 I really didn’t like her very much so you can’t blame it all on me being a teenager.
She’s rude and embarrassing and old-fashioned. She won’t let me have a Facebook or pierce my ears or anything like that. She doesn’t let me hang out with my friends a lot and hates it when I go to the mall without having a parent there. But my friends are all older than me and I think I we can fend for ourselves at the mall for a couple hours.
I’ve tried to have heart-to-hearts with her but it’s just been really awkward.she never listens to me. She always interrupts me to shout me down. I feel like she thinks that it’s not important what I have to say, but she’s the one who gave birth to me so she’s allowed to control every second of my life.
She’s impatient, too - whenever I don’t call or text her back within five minutes she tries to find me wherever I am. I get so embarrassed whenever anyone sees her and associates her with me. (We have the same hair so people always know I’m her daughter.)
She thinks I have a bad attitude, and when it comes to her I probably do, but she’s never tried to think of things from my point of view so I feel like I have to be a bit obnoxious just to make sure she hears me at all.
I got a “C” in freshman geometry and she flipped out. I know for a fact she couldn’t have done better (I clearly remember asking for help in elementary school and she knew nothing). A “C” is not bad at all, it’s average. I suck at math (don’t ask me how I got into geometry) and I get A’s in every other subject. Plus, I want to be an author, not a mathematician, so I don’t give two sh-ts about geometry anyway.
And she’s such a neat freak it drives me crazy.
But for some reason, when she’s not yelling at me, she loves me. She favors me over my sister, and I feel terrible about it. I favor my dad over her anyway, but, he favors my sister. It’s awful. My sister’s 15 and when you have two teenage girl’s raging hormones cooped up in one small bedroom we get in a fight almost everyday. But my mom won’t allow me or my sister to sleep in the basement.
I get so sick of her, I’ve really considered running away, but I know that I can’t go anywhere because my friends’ parents will just take me back. Besides, as I much as I hate to admit it, I need her because she can sort of pay for food and housing and stuff. Still, I can’t wait to be 18 so I can leave. But we can’t afford Driver’s Ed or anything so I might not even be able to drive away.
PLEASE don’t think I’m a spoiled brat. I’m anything but spoiled and I’m not a brat, I’m just frustrated. Why won’t she listen to me. Is it wrong that I dislike her so much. Do you think these feelings will die out as I get older.
I just want to find out who I am and what I want but my mom won’t let me express myself.

I’m gonna be lady gaga for halloween from the born this way video so I need long hair extensions just like she has when she’s dressed as the Skelton in a tux lol
Anywho I dont wanna over pay for something I’ll use once or twice do these exist

for people who haveused it for 60 days or more does wen improve your hair in any way. please answer i ddon’thave alot of birthday money and i want this but i don’t want to waste 30 bucks for it if it doesn’t work. i don’t care what way it improved your hair anything. just name what it improved and what type of hair you have ( thick , fine , curly, wavy, straight, etc.)
